Nolan has arrived!

This handsome little fellow made excellent eye contact with me while I wrapped him in a swaddle.  Sometimes babies go right to sleep as soon as they are swaddled.  Nolan didn’t want to miss the action, so he stayed awake for awhile.  He yawned a few times too, so eventually it was nap time, and that’s when the posing magic happened.

I giggled when I took this photo because I had posed his hands together on the blanket, but I knew they wouldn’t stay because he was awake. By the time I took the photo his arms were up like, “Hey?!”
