  WHAT TO EXPECT

                                                                                  DURING YOUR SESSION
Mini sessions are the perfect option for families (of 6 people or less) who want an updated family portrait or children portraits.  Your gallery will have many beautiful images from which to choose your digital files for download. You can expect full family portraits, siblings, mom+kids, dad+kids, and even a few candid moments.  If you have toddlers, keep in mind that they are usually more interested in moving, so these sessions will be very active, rather than sitting still for portraits.  With young children, don't expect the kids to smile at the camera at the same time. But, I will try my best to capture this image for you, by singing, dancing, and using any tactic I can think of.  We want to have fun and if you relax, I promise we will get some images that you will love.  Parents are welcome to offer items to motivate young children or reward them after the session.  I recommend puffs, plain cheerios, or non-staining bite sized candy such as smarties or mini marshmallows. 

                                                                                   BEFORE YOUR SESSION
A few days before the session, I will provide details on where to meet me at the location.  I recommend arriving about 15-20 minutes before your scheduled session time to make sure you find parking and have time to get situated.  The session length is 15 minutes.  I will do a weather check, up to the day of the session.  We will make a decision the day of the session to reschedule if there is rain.  If rain is in the forecast, I will keep you posted. Please add my email to your contacts so these important updates don’t go to your spam folder.  Coordinate your outfits for the best overall look in your portraits. Outfits do not have to match, but should look nice together.  Please dress for the weather and location so that you feel comfortable during the session. 

                                                                                   AFTER YOUR SESSION
 Your online, password-protected soft-proofed gallery will be ready within 2 weeks post session. Your session includes your choice of 5 edited images for download. You will have the option to purchase more digital files for $50, sets of 3 for $90, or upgrade to the entire gallery of 20+ images for $250.  Purchase the entire gallery and receive a complimentary press-printed linen album of your favorite images.

                                                               WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU RECIEVE YOUR GALLERY
STEP 1: Use the heart icon to "favorite" your choice of 5 included images and any additional images you would like to purchase. If you would like to purchase the entire gallery, you don't need to create a favorites list.  Just purchase the entire gallery following the steps sent to you.

STEP 2:  If only selecting 5 images(included in retainer fee), simply "heart" those 5 images, and click "share with photographer" and I will send a download code when ready.   If choosing more than 5 images for download,  click the shopping cart icon, click "Digital" and select the additional images to add to your cart and checkout.  Skin/hair retouching is included on 5 images upon request. If you would like to request skin/hair retouching on additional images, add your requests in your gallery notes or email me. The cost is $10 per image. 

Prints and products can also be purchased at this time as well, or can be purchased at a later date while the gallery is still active.  Galleries are active for 30 days.
